Booking Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with RainasVipCleaning we have now reserved the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability. Cancellations outside of the 48 hour time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded back to original payment form.

1. 50% of deposit is due day of booking, remainder must be paid before cleaning technician shows up (deposits are non refundable.) Your appointment isn't confirmed unless your deposit is in.

2.Please make sure your cleaning technician is able to gain entry to your service address.

3. For safety reasons all scheduled clients will be required to own a safe, reliable, working vacuum cleaner. It must be available for your cleaning tech to use for each scheduled service.

5.Please note we do not clean pet/human feces

6.We do not service homes with pest issues or provide insect cleaning services
