Cancellation Policy

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice Or we are unable to access the home upon arrival Or we are turned away at the door a cancellation/lockout fee equal to service price will be charged. In the event that Raina‘s VIPCleaning needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to client. If Raina‘s VIPCleaning fails to give 24 hour notice client will receive service for half booking fee.
