Booking policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with RainasVipCleaning we have now reserved the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability.
 
1. We will require that a 50% Deposit is made upon scheduling, and remainder of payment is made before service commences
2.When booking please be honest about your services to avoid cleaning technician having to cancel and customer being charged 50% of service fee

3. Please note we do not clean pet feces
4. We do not service homes with pest issues or provide insect cleaning services
5. For safety reasons all scheduled clients will be required to own a safe, reliable, working vacuum cleaner. It must be available for your cleaning team to use for each scheduled service.
6. If a cleaning technician can't get access to your property a $40 lockout fee will be assessed  to your account.

Booking Policy

Please take note of the following important information:

 

- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the cleaning technician arrives. Deposits are non-refundable.

- Clients have up to 60 days to schedule their cleaning appointment after payment.

- Clients must have a working vacuum cleaner available for the cleaning technician to use.

- We do not clean pet/human feces, and we do not service homes with pest issues or provide insect cleaning services.
